Flying Horse Model Home Staging | Vantage Homes

Maple & Moss had the privilege of completing a model home staging project in the Flying Horse Area for Vantage Homes. We love working with Vantage Homes and this model was such a beautiful home to stage.

We chose a modern farmhouse design for the staging. This included using beautiful neutral tones with a pop of yellow and red, rustic woods mixed with metals and also combined earthy accents of pottery and faux greenery.

This home was unique because it had a mother-in-law suite. We created a warm and inviting space by using neutral bedding, grey and white weathered wood with antique mirrors, accents of metal and natural elements. The sitting area was so cozy and filled with beautiful natural light.

Typically when staging a home, we focus on the master bedroom, but because this was a model home, we staged all of the bedrooms and baths. The mother-in-law suite (pictured here) carried over the neutral theme with a pop of yellow and red.

Purchasing classic statement pieces and adding modern accessories makes it easier to change things up now and then without spending a lot of money.

We know that buyers love to walk into a home and feel like they can envision themselves there. We created a lovely, neutral space with thoughtful accessories to make the rooms inviting. The design was a mix of classic, vintage and modern and gave a warm, inviting, farmhouse feel.

In the kitchen, we used gorgeous wood tones and pops of reds that tie in to the rest of the home. Again, classic pieces mixed with a touch of modern. Below is the breakfast area. So bright and peaceful.

The formal dining table was created by Rustic Trades. Their tables are made to last a lifetime and are unbelievably gorgeous!
