Why it works...

In today’s market, home staging has become an essential tool rather than a luxury. By best utilizing each space in a home, staging creates a neutral canvas for the greatest number of potential buyers. It only takes seconds for a potential buyer to create an opinion upon entering a home... let’s make it count! 

 

The National Association of Realtors (NAR) has concluded that the average staging investment can fall between 1 and 3% of the home's asking price and can generate a return of 8 to 10%. That's an AMAZING return on investment (ROI)! It doesn't stop there. In a Home Gain Survey of over 2,000 Realtors, it was revealed that home staging services typically provide a 586% return on investment. There have also been controlled tests in the amount of time it took selling identical homes. In professionally staged versus homes not staged at all, the non-staged houses sold in 102 days, while the staged houses sold within 45 days (Real Estate Staging Association).

HOW it works...

Connect with agent or homeowner to talk over the home and discuss price point, location and any other specifics that make this house unique. Maple&Moss will need a link to the homes previous listing (MLS)  or if one isn't available we can use pictures or do a site visit.

We send the estimate to Agent/Homeowner for staging (see package options). Once approved we will set a date for staging. Please allow up to one week as our movers also need to schedule this time in. Invoices and contracts must be signed before the day of staging to reserve your date. The pre-staging email checklist will be sent prior to day-of staging. 

We make the home beautiful! We always suggest staging the home the day before photos to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. When the house is under contract (whoot!) we will come and destage the home. Please allow up to a weeks notice for staging removal to be scheduled.

Package #1      $750-$1,250

Furniture and accessories for:

  • Living room, dining room, kitchen and powder

  • Design/staging cost

  • Delivery cost (both delivery and pick up)

Package #2     $1,275-$2,100

Furniture and accessories for:

  • Living room, dining room, kitchen and powder

  • Master bedroom, master bathroom

  • Office/additional bedroom and/or formal living room

  • Design/staging cost

  • Delivery cost (both delivery and pick up)

Package #3     $2,150 +

Furniture and accessories for:

  • Living room, dining room, kitchen and powder

  • Master bedroom, master bathroom

  • Office/additional bedroom and/or formal living room

  • Additional bedrooms and/or basements

  • Design/staging cost

  • Delivery cost (both delivery and pick up)

Rental costs - how it works

The first month's furniture and accessories rental are included in the initial payment. After the first month, only furniture and accessories rental is due.  This is on a month to month lease and payment can be made online. The amount of rental cost will be in the original bid sent and varies depending on the amount of furniture and accessories per home.
